• Engaging in DDoS, port scanning, or malicious network probing.
• Sending mass spam emails, phishing schemes, or commercial newsletters.
• Downloading or seeding unauthorized copyrighted media (P2P torrent activity is strictly restricted to designated Premium nodes).
• Distributing, hosting, or accessing illegal materials or child exploitation content.
• Attempting to compromise, crack, or bypass password databases and external firewalls.

Violating these rules results in instant, automated hardware bans from our connection brokers.

2. Disclaimer of Warranties

Free server capacity is provided on an **"as is"** and **"as available"** basis. WorldVPN and FreeVPN724 do not make any representations or guarantees regarding server speed, latency stability, server location persistence, or connection continuity.

Free nodes are subject to automated rotation, server load limits, and ad-delivery status constraints. Uptime is provided without any structural or financial guarantees.

3. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall WorldVPN, its hosting providers, or partners be held responsible for any losses, system damages, business interruption, or security leaks originating from utilizing the free servers or the Android application.

4. Free vs. Premium Upgrades

Users seeking unthrottled maximum bandwidth, 1Gbps ports, dedicated IPs, or specific streaming-optimized profiles can upgrade to a paid account. Paid subscriptions are managed exclusively under the central WorldVPN terms and refund frameworks on worldvpn.net.

5. Service Termination

We reserve the right to rotate, decommission, restrict, or suspend any free server node or block any user access without prior notice or explanation.
